Comparing to similar apps in other countries, this one is 3-5 times more expensive, subscription doesn't bring you any benefits (credit checks, moving services, ect.), and most importantly, the app just doesn't work the way it should! It doesn't load, it crashes, logs you out; you can't open map when looking at an apartment listing; it won't let you copy the description, etc. Looking at the list of updates, the developer doesn't seem to care anyway

Poor interface compared to the website. It would be helpful being able to filter messages.

The prices are high, and the payment on the app automatically renews and you may lose your money by receiving automatic payments after you find your rental property, because the payments are not refundable. Such apps should have a different payment experience than apps like spotify. we don't look for rental properties everyday in our lives, we search for just a period of the time.
