I have a few suggestions. First, don't you think it would make more sense for the overview page to be the first that cones up when one opens the app? Second, I hate that I have to open each transaction to know what they are. The only thing I can see without tapping on the transaction is what card was used the amount and that the exchange rate was 100 because, yeah, I paid in the card currency. What point is there in that info??

I keep getting error message "An error occured, please try again later". It won't read in any of the accounts. I haven't been able to use the app in weeks... Edit: issue persisted for quite a long time and then abruptly disappeared. Edit2: installed on a new phone, registered the app with NemID etc. and now I can't log in (unrecognised user ID or pinkode). I see that others report the same. My opinion of the app hasn't improved.

Hyj Vanda We dont get a lot of calls from Android customers with problems. Try to call us at 33782000, they can help you. :-)

The new app was a serious downgrade in both stability, performance and usability. Paying bills often results in error, but it'll still say it was successful. No contact option, menus are more hidden away. It easily takes over a minute for me to check my account balance. Makes me seriously consider changing bank just to avoid this app, which is disappointing as I've been there for about 8 years by now and am otherwise happy about it. An app for masochists :(
