About this app

TDC Business Assist is your personal tool for professionally managing your calls. You get easy access to your company's phonebook, and you can use TDC Business Assist to call, send text messages or emails to your colleagues.

The app has a switching function that allows you to switch your calls professionally, even when you are on the go. With Status view, you can see if the person you want to switch to is available or included in a call.

You have the option of forwarding a call to a secretary, colleague, or message responder. You can also choose to use the Do not disturb function.

With Visual Voicemail in the app, you have an easy overview of all your voicemails. You can delete, listen, rewind or share your voicemails through the app.

If you are a member of a Call Center, you will get a clear overview. You can see the members of the Call Center, whether they are logged in or out, and how many calls are in line.

With Call recording, you have the option of recording your calls directly from the app.
