About this app

Plan medical trips or medical transport conveniently and bill them quickly and easily with the health insurance companies (or other cost providers) - this works with DMRZ.de. All information here: www.dmrz.de/fuer-wen/krankentransport

The “myDMRZ Krankentransport” app is for all taxi/rental car companies or driving services (e.g. for qualified ambulance transport) that use DMRZ.de. The app offers: “FleetQ: My trips”, “Shifts - record working times” and “SmartSnapp: Taking photos”.

“FleetQ: My trips”:
The mobile driving order transmission system in conjunction with the “FleetQ trip planning” from DMRZ.de. With "FleetQ trip planning" you can plan all types of trips - including series trips (e.g. dialysis trips), multi-person transport or connected round trips.

Regardless of whether it is a medical trip, a courier trip or an invoice trip: once planned on the PC, the trips are automatically transmitted to the app and can be completed by the respective driver on the go. The driver can provide the current status of the trip at any time - the dispatcher is then always informed.
With GPS tracking!

Practical:
Completed trips can then be billed with just a few clicks on DMRZ.de.

“Shifts - record working times”:
View the planned shifts for the next few days and record the actual working hours worked. Employees receive information via the app, such as the assigned vehicle or break times. The times of all accompanied employees can also be recorded using a single app. The recorded times are automatically saved to the respective working time accounts in your DMRZ.de account. Timesheets can then be created quickly.

“SmartSnapp: Taking Photos”:
You can quickly and easily photograph transport notes (sample 4), permits, dialysis protocols, signature lists and other documents using the app and upload them to DMRZ.de. Thanks to text recognition, the data is read out and billing can be carried out in no time.

Note: For accurate and efficient planning, the myDMRZ app sends the current GPS position to the FleetQ trip planning. Continued use of GPS as a background application may reduce battery life. (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.)
