EviEdit is an editor of directories and notebooks (files composed of index cards with a tab and a body) to collect your text data.
Features: Viewing and adding cards, search, list of tabs, sorting cards alphabetically or by creation date, etc.
The goal is to enable users to create and view records as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In-app user guide: press the icon (?) on the home screen.
EviEdit is also available for Windows. The files created by the Android and Windows versions are of course compatible.
EviEdit is free and without ads!
EviEdit files are in XML format, a standard format well suited to databases.
The advantages of EviEdit over other applications of this type are its ease of use and its lightness: both the application itself and the files created with it take up very little disk space (a file containing 300 records weighs 20 times less than a single photo). In addition, files are saved in the smartphone's shared space, which means that you can access them freely outside of the app itself, using a file explorer or by connecting your smartphone to your computer, to copy or share them. This is essential if you want to switch smartphones and transfer your files from one device to another.
