2. Enter your name & create your own password
3. Enter your registered mobile number at the bank to get the activation code via SMS
4. Verify the activation code

The app is very poorly developed (developer rant). 1. Doesn't allow me to paste my password. No, it's not more secure this way. It just makes it more likely that your users forget their passwords. Password managers are a thing, and people shouldn't keep going back and forth copying random characters from their password managers. Doing this encourages users to type bad/easy-to-guess passwords, so that it's easier to remember and type later on. 2. Password must be of fixed length. e.g. no more and no less than 8 characters (don't remember the exact length). Shouldn't need saying, the longer the password the more secure it is. To management: please invest more resources in your software development dept because as others highlighted, the app is unreliable and full of bugs + follows outdated engineering & design advice.

Why the app can not be opened after installation the new update since 2 months ?

I can't register when trying for the first time. A problem regarding putting a password , I followed all of the criteria required for that ( a special character, One number at least, etc..) but can't proceed to the next step.
