Save yourself the time and trouble and sign in on a mobile browser to do the same interactions that rarely work here. The app hasn't been updated in forever, and the functionality is very limited due to policy restriction, preventing access to planning and finance. The app itself lets you sign in, and sometimes gets access to map and other actions, but does not work for the general purpose in installing it. "Permission Not Granted" pops up for most buttons now.

I gave this a 3 star because my issues with this application are intermittent. Like most reviews, when I go to log in, the application will lock up. Sometimes it will redirect me to a search page for MyUK for a site that cannot be found. I had an iOS device before this phone and experienced the same issues. I doubt it is an optimization issue.

It is actually impressive how poorly made UK's system and web service is. It's like you'd expect some modicum of quality from a school that spends millions a year on getting their basketball team plastered everywhere but they can't even be assed to build a functional goddamn student website. Find who's responsible for this mess and please can their ass, so no one ever has to go through this again. It is incapable of even loading my schedule at non peak hours ~75% of the time, website or app.
