very nice app and the booking option is amazing. the only thing bothering me is the awkward situation in which If the card transaction fails the cash option appears to me and signals it to the driver as well. it's a good anti-fraud option but it creates a pretty awkward moment if you're not sure what is happening and the driver asks for cash

Tried to use at the recommendation of my accommodation provider. Ended up walking in heels for 20 mins because a road was closed and the app map is not updated. Waited in vain for the drivers to work it out and take an alternative route and ended up having to cancel. Too few cars with uneven spread. Great idea but only for advance scheduled rides perhaps

Took about 5-6 minutes to get the activation code. Also for some reason I started with a rating of 4.90 even though I've not been on any ride yet. First impressions aren't great so far. Update: customer support replied that 4.90 is standard for everyone in the beginning.

What’s new

In this release, we’ve improved the Saved places feature. Users will now be prompted to add their home, work, or any other frequently used address directly from the main screen. We’ve also updated the colours for the Dark mode. Now, in the dark, the interface will look softer.
