About this app

The mobile application "DigiPalserviciosurbanos" allows access from mobile devices
(Smartphones, Tablets) quickly and easily to important georeferenced municipal information
for the citizen in his daily life. In addition, mobile applications position the citizen in the
city, thus allowing it to interact with the information associated with its particular geographic context.
The download of the App can be done from the Android and IOS platforms for free. And through
a user and password registration, the system will allow by requiring or not authentication,
depending on the chosen functionality, access to all utilities.
This access channel will allow citizens:
- Report incidents, suggestions and requests on public roads, urban furniture,
infrastructures, etc ...
The basic functionalities of the App are:
- The application allows to report georeferenced incidents, being able to insert type of
incident, suggestion or request, location, photographs (optional) and description.
- The application allows the monitoring of the life cycle of notifications, from the moment they are opened
until they close.
- The application allows you to see important notices, roadblocks, works, events, etc. ...
- The application allows you to consult the municipal street map to find streets and points of interest.
- The application allows the user to configure the profile according to the information required: type of
map, font size, user data, etc.
- The application is integrated into the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Google. Being able to access
through these.
- The application includes a Help service on the management of functionalities and
application tools.
