The Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Administration offers you the app from the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC), which provides citizens with an application to measure and evaluate the quality of service of the network to which their device is connected and to consult other quality of service metrics by geographic area.
The main features and functionalities you will find are the following:
- Speed measurement: Quickly and accurately perform speed tests to find out the real speed of your connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile, anytime, anywhere.
- Quality of service analysis: Get detailed information about the quality of your network in your geographic area, including signal strength and other factors that may affect your online experience.
- Advanced diagnostics: Identify potential problems in your network with our advanced diagnostics. This provides an assessment for different services such as videoconferencing, gaming, etc.
- Coverage maps: You can consult the network quality on a map to identify areas with weak signal, allowing you to take steps to improve coverage in your home or office. In addition, you can view relevant data for each measurement, such as the operator or device.
- Test History: Keep a record of your quality tests to track your network performance over time.
- Operator Statistics: Access statistics for each available operator, including all network quality of service parameters.
