This functionality, handwriting, was used to digitize 2 workflows: the signature of the delivery note (or accompanying invoice) and the preparation of products to be shipped in the absence of specific warehouse logistics applications. The app can be configured to manage only one process, for example, only the signing of the document, or to manage both processes.

In the preparation of the products, the operator, after choosing the document, can write on the pdf what he wants, for example the quantities withdrawn, any batches or simply note the progress of the preparation.

In the signature process, on the other hand, the modification is limited to the recipient's graphic signature only, drawn in a specific panel that facilitates its acquisition.
Signed or annotated documents are stored in Ergo's “Communications Protocol” and can be printed or emailed to the recipient.
