Unlock and easily ride your Fast electric scooter at any time of the day or night to move across the city. With Fast you’ll be able to reach any place of the town without having to worry about traffic or parking, at a fraction of the cost and time of a taxi or bus ride. And with an eco-friendly vehicle!

How Fast works:
- Open the Fast app and explore the map to find a nearby scooter.
- When you are close to the scooter, tap on the scooter icon on the map and then on “Start the ride”, or scan the QR code and tap on “Start the ride”.
- Enjoy your ride!
- When you reach your destination, park your scooter safely and out of the way of pedestrian and car traffic. Finally lock it by tapping on “Finish ride”.

Use your Fast scooter for:
- Work and home commute.
- Rides with friends.
- Rides to and from public transport stations and stops.
- Quick rides from and to university classes.
- Explore the town.

Ratings and reviews

Far more expensive than alternate companies operating in other cities. Two of the three scooters rented were poorly functioning (didn't brake or very slow speed). It also refuses to let you top up a custom sum, and has a minimum of €12. You also cannot return deposited funds. Finally, it will not allow you to rent a scooter with less than €2 in your account, but applies this restriction even if you have much more than €2 in order to scam you out of more money. Just walk.

Holidays from HK in Laquila, downloaded app enter details including phone number. Sent email to ask for help, quick response. Only works with EU number, but allows entering all regions. So if you are not from EU will not work. Fast response to enquiry which was helpful, would be good if other countries could use the service.

I was riding a scooter and I had to stop at a roundabout because a car was coming. I tried accelerating again but the scooter didn't work, I tried scanning the code again and it did not work either and I was really far away from a parking station, I was obviously not going to carry it because it is super heavy. I had to walk home and when I woke up, I found out they charged me more than 50 euros!! because the ride was still going. They didn't give me a solution at all and told me it was my fault
