Used to be a decent app (with lots of issues) but doesn't even load up anymore. Wasn't a nice thing to notice just before getting on a train with a student ticket, had to buy another for full price because the app doesn't work anymore and do the one thing it was supposed to do. It's always been really buggy but went to unusable now. I guess I'll have to find another way to get proof of my student status. Edit: New update fixed the issue.

The app does not allow to change password, neither it is able to set a four digit code once a valid password was entered. As soon as the phone loses internet connection, the app resets and I need to enter my login details again. Without a connection it doesn't work at all, so the process of getting lunch is rather comic. Not everyone has the 4G, really. The app might at least not reset login password fields upon the network is absent. If it was a totally free service, I would not complain.

Edit: Some improvements have been made and it seems to work more reliably now. Now it doesn'tseem show an ad as a first thing when you open it. Raised my rating to two stars, if the app keeps stable I will raise it further. Original: It's already been said several times: Laggy, crashes, logs out, lost information, doesn't always inform if an action has been taken (e.g. sending confirmation code) and suddenly goes from free to pay-to-use. Saying the app is free doesn't save anything 'cause for all intentions and purposes that you need it, is behind paywall.... "Student lifehacked" indeed.
