It's impossible to create an account, making this app useless. -after having to manually enter everything because they went out of their way to disable auto complete, the sign up button just never activates. In the multiple times I tried, most times it just stayed deactivated, with no error. One time, it just never loaded, and another it failed to calculate the password length correctly. -sign up on website? Nope. It's a half broken mess that links to the app. -their ai help agent never loads.

It's convenient only because I never carry change for the bus. But the tickets are slightly more expensive than if one used coins and the app is constantly crashing and having issues, meaning I can't use my tickets or go anywhere. It really sucks, but there honestly aren't many alternatives.

Never mind, I got it to work thanks to support, I had to validate my account. It would be good for the app to put a reminder for this because it wasn't so obvious to me that I had to do it. I'll leave the previous comment here so everyone can point and laugh at me. **I bought a ticket through the app but I can't use it because nothing happens when I click on it. It shows for a split second a qr code scanner but that's it, worthless and I lost my money."*
