New social, technological and scientific developments modify existing ones and create new forms of crime. Therefore, it becomes imperative to change the perspective with which we approach all issues so that we can be more effective in performing our duties.

For the above reasons, we decided to codify the Police Preliminary Investigation, so that we can keep up with the rapid technological developments and that the Colleague is constantly updated, in order to carry out his work smoothly.  
In particular, our new Mobile application contains:
1. Codification of the Police Preliminary Investigation Report of more than 500 pages
2. Incorporation of the New Codes P.C. & K.P.D. (Law 4619/2019 & Law 4620/2019)
3. Enrichment of the application with basic knowledge of P.K. & K.P.D.

The information sources of the Police Investigation Application are the Government Gazette Pages, which are accessible to all citizens since from June 2010 onwards all gazettes are available free of charge, in electronic form from the website of the National Printing Office (https://www.et.gr), i.e. Laws, Presidential Decrees, Ministerial Decisions, Police Regulations, Fire Provisions, Health Provisions etc. as well as the Legal Information Banks.

The authors and developers are engaged in the collection of information, research and evaluation of all the applicable regulatory framework concerning the Security Forces, using the above sources in order to then codify them and offer colleagues the practical knowledge required to handle real situations.

Despite the professionalism shown by the authors and developers in the creation of the Application, errors and omissions are possible, for this reason in all subjects there is always written the official state source of information for comparison and cross-checking of the data.

Use of the Application and the information contained in and linked to this Application is therefore at your own risk.

What’s new

Η εφαρμογή ενημερώθηκε σύμφωνα με Ν.5209/2025 και συμπληρώθηκε με δύο δικογραφίες Δασικού Κώδικα που αφορούν την παράνομη θήρα και την παράνομη υλοτομία σε συνδυασμό με παραβάσεις του Ποινικού Κώδικα, καθώς και με ανάλυση των περιπτώσεων προκαταρκτικής - προανάκρισης.
Τέλος, βελτιώθηκε η λειτουργία της ενότητας Λέξεις Κλειδιά.
