About this app

Regardless of where you are, m-zaba gives you complete control over your finances.

With m-zaba you can:

• pay bills by taking a picture of the barcode or payment slip details
• easily transfer money with the IziPay service. Recipient’s phone number is all you need.
• check the balances and transfers of accounts, savings, and loans
• arrange a cash loan, credit card, contracted overdraft
• contract or change a package of products and services
• subsequently divide one-time transactions with an Individual Mastercard credit card into instalments
• find all card information, check PIN’s and manage daily limits
• receive notifications about received payments
• trade shares in ZB Invest funds and on world stock exchanges with the ZB Trader Global service. Arrange m-zaba in a branch.

You can arrange m-zaba via e-zaba or in our branches.
Other services, such as the ATM locator and exchange rates, are available to everybody, without arranging.

SAFETY

Zagrebačka Banka pays special attention to the security of operations performed by mobile banking clients.
• PIN used to access the services is only known by the user and therefore there is no threat of abuse if a mobile device is stolen or lost.
• PIN and account information are not stored in the mobile device, and the entry of PIN is protected by a variable keypad.
• The services that are accessed by entering PIN are automatically blocked if an incorrect PIN is repeatedly entered.
• After a 3-minute period of inactivity, m-zaba automatically logs out the user.

Ratings and reviews

App crashed every now and then for about a month. As of today it stopped working completely, can't even open it and it keeps crashig literaly every few minutes which triggers a notification. My phone is almost unusable because of that same notification popping up constantly("Nova m-zaba has stopped"). Not to mention the shuffling pin numbers when entering it, no fingerprint authentication, can't copy iban and so on...

It is unbelievable that you are restricted to confirm only 5 transactions in bulk with one QR code. I pay my monthly bills in one day and now, instead of paying and confirming them in one step, I have to select 5 by 5 items. Something that I could do in the past in one confirmation action, I have to do now 6 times!!!! Who ever thought this was a good idea should get fired.

The application, even after several updates, still presents all relevant data in the smallest font. Moreover, the account number is barely visible - small fonts in light gray color on the black background?! Such an application should have the most important data clearly visible, not the opposite...m-zaba version in java script 20 years ago was better in that sense...It should not be so hard to enlarge fonts in the next update, which, btw after numerous complains you promised to do a year ago...
