About this app

The goal of the BPXV mobile application is to enable the residents of the district to send their complaints detected in public areas to the XV. for the district municipality.

The application is easy to use, in just a few steps you can report road defects in public areas, complaints about waste or possibly insects and pests. The municipality provides continuous feedback to the notifiers through the application, so the entire life cycle of the notification can be followed.

The range of errors that can be reported:
• Sewer, drainage problem
• Inoperable vehicle
• Waste problem
• Public lighting
• Ragweed, other weeds
• Damaged equipment in public areas
• Damaged signboard
• Damaged pavement
• Path error
• Trees and bushes in public areas
• Insects, pests
• Dead animals

When registering a new report, the category of the problem can be selected from a predefined list, and then the location of the problem must be entered. There are two options for this: one is to determine the position of the device yourself ("my current position" button) or the marker can be placed by nudging the given point on the map. In order to help the work of the Office, it is also possible to attach pictures.

Registration is possible in the application, but its use is not subject to registration. The data management information related to the application can be found in the information menu item.

In the case of complaints reported through the Budapest XV application, the Local Government forwards those that do not fall under its jurisdiction to the bodies responsible for the given area.

The deadline for dealing with notifications received through the application is 30 days, just like notifications received on paper.

A working internet connection is required to use the application.
