Ratings and reviews

The app located me to a different spot in the city, what I was not able to recognize in time. The delivery field has not reached my real location, so I had to go with my car to the restaurant. I was not able to speak to anyone at service support until 2 hours from the order, and they were not helpful and supportive at all. An app with a huge bug caused me a lot of frustration on a Saturday evening.

Lately, i always regret using this app. Being overpriced is one thing, but not being able to get in contact with actual people in support service is unacceptable. I've ordered something, late at night, from one of the drive throughs. The original estimated time was 5-15 minutes. It's been almost an hour and i haven't gotten my order yet, the delivery time switches back and forth AND i can't cancel the order as "it's on its way" or talk someone. Definitely deleting the app after this.

Horrible customer service. The restaurant missed one item from the order. I contacted the customer service through the app, choosing to get my money back for the missing item. I got an email from costumer service saying I have to explain more specific what happened. I explained and sent pictures to help them understand better. Then they gave me a voucher instead, which value LESS than what I paid for the missing item. UNBELIEVEABLE!! Do they expect me to order again after such experience??
