Ratings and reviews

A really bad application. It could be a good call for discounts and delivery range on locations but the headache with the gliches on the app doesn't worth it. The help center also is always trying to not understand the issues and we just ended up "paying" some way for the discounts they gave. I haave been ordering a lot from them despite all the problems, and even though today, they managed to do a really stupid move so I'm done, removing it and going for wolt! Thanks for the last motivation.

The issue of making it impossible to speak to an agent for 99 percent of the cases is really frustrating , idk why you guys made this change before it was really easy to speak to an agent and it was super helpful . Another thing is after the most recent update the app has been very buggy, I placed an order once but the app made the order twice and then I ordered from another resteruant and I payed money but then the order has been canceled and still haven't gotten my money back

The app located me to a different spot in the city, what I was not able to recognize in time. The delivery field has not reached my real location, so I had to go with my car to the restaurant. I was not able to speak to anyone at service support until 2 hours from the order, and they were not helpful and supportive at all. An app with a huge bug caused me a lot of frustration on a Saturday evening.
