Ratings and reviews

First and perhaps the last time i will use this service. Not the worst cause the good is still safely arrived. But the experience is exhausting, from the bad tracking system (yes you do have a bad one sir) to how helpless the customer have to wait for feedback which never came and eventually have to call the customer service to received the same message that they are on going investigation just to tell you where the position of the good (since the tracking system doesnt work).

The app is not easy to use, too many button to click. You can't combo your payment, can't use sakuaja with other payment app. And it get worse when they didn't pickup my package in time. It says they will pick up around 14-16, i waited till 1630 and still there are no driver to pickup the package. Cancel the order, and the refund system still manual, you have to fill the form etc etc.

I sent one box of snacks, estimated 4 days, but arrived 17 DAYS LATER! It had been crushed and moldy. The case was investigated and insured for 2 WEEKS! I only got one million, when mine was actually valued over 3 millions. The customer services and couriers suck. They care less about customer's satisfaction, unlike their visions and missions... Now it's getting even more ridiculously expensive and the app isn't working on my town. What a total disappointment 👎
