I don't know what happens with Santara. It used to be a good apps. But later many problems occur. I have to update KYC process and the process take so long (more than a week). I can't withdraw dividend because it's still in under maintenance. No response from CS. Now I already uninstall the apps. Losing money is risk of investment but losing it this way is really disappointed. Be careful with this apps.

Bad apps ever.. need many times to just UPGRADE your KYC if only you just need to know your dividen. Been doing this for many time, but its useless. Also can't sell my business cause secondary market is only open for the selected one. The data that i hv to fill in KYC is also too specific compare to the stock exchange market. Just wondering that my personal data could be used for the irresponsible things. (too much specific).

Entering the app, the interface is quite basic and easy to be understood. I faced a few issues regarding my phone number but a quick conversation with the customer service quickly fixed it (one of the best customer services I've expirienced in life). Investing is very easy, not much hassle and quick. The only issue I have is that most company's shares have been bought and I guess since the app is still new, there are still not that much company's applying here. Overall amazing app! Thank you!
