The biggest mistake is that i have chosen timbl broadband service.Internet keeps disconnecting and whenever i asked them to permanently disconnect my connection and provide the refund of remaining days they say we have no refund policy and i have recharged with 6 month plan.Very pathetic service don't go with this broadband.My review is genuine if someone thinks i am not telling the truth they can choose timbl broadband services and feel the same.

Highly Not Recommended I have been using Timbl internet and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The connection frequently stops working without any reason. Whenever I try to reach customer care, I never get connected to an agent – not even once. Their support system is useless. Even if you raise a complaint, the resolution takes 3–4 days, and sometimes even a week. How is a customer supposed to manage without internet for so long? Totally unprofessional and unreliable service.

We have had this ISP for 3 weeks. Not a day goes by when the internet drops randomly. For the past two days, it has stopped working completely. The app doesn't load and gives ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Contacting the customer care is impossible. The local guy says it is a server issue from the company. We haven't been able to work on weekdays because of their poor service.
