If you move to another window and return it disconnects and it's a huge pain to reconnect. My bigger issue is that it will open a "preview" windows when I open a file from another app, but sometimes the preview is from an old label printed in the past. 3x this has caused me to send the itemto the wrong location causing me to lose money in refunds. im going to find another app if I can't disable that and worse case a new printer. its cheaper than refunding $50 sales.

Everything was perfect for 1 day. The app that the printer recomenda, sucks, i tried this one and everything was perfect for 1 day and suddenly it doesn't work anymore, scale is off, its not printing PDF, it's not even connecting anymore, so disappointed. I can't believe my old printer it's more reliable than this. If it's doesn't work, I'm returning this printer!

It got the job done for the last year or so but now it suddenly won't connect at all to my My Beeprt Label printer. Unfortunately it required this app. It's janky at best and can be a lil complicated for what should be a straightforward process. The app is slow at doing everything. The non-pro version of the app works way better for me but I had to change the Bluetooth settings to "BLE" for it to work. That option isn't available in the pro version though. Hoping this gets fixed asap
