About this app

The only Professional App in Italy, with which your Customers can send you Requests for Assistance and Technical Intervention directly in the App.

Simplified app, reserved only for YOUR CUSTOMERS, where each of them sees only their requests, the list of their technical interventions and quickly checks the progress of each request sent.

YOU from D-TEC, activate the Customer/Condominium Administrator/Condominium, to use the Easy D-TEC service.
HE, autonomously, directly from his Smartphone and Tablet, sends you the Requests for Technical intervention.

Automatically, in the Ticket section of the full D-TEC version, you will find all the requests, complete with Photographs and Attached Files.

The entire management of Assistance Tickets is managed from the opening of the Ticket until the resolution of the Assistance at the Customer's site, with the Customer's Signature on the Intervention Report.
