Quality of the product and ease of use does not equate to its price point. My ear pieces keep dropping. Until I don't even want to use them. Walk 15 steps, 1 side will drop off. Another 15, the other side drops out. The buttons r too sensitive. I keep having to repair them if not used for more than a month.. Still same. (2025} paired and yet music is coming 9ut of my device audio instead of the earpiece. Complete waste of money.

The app always don't seemed to recognise the earpiece even after it managed to confirm the product the first time round. Each time you open the casing it will ask to check again. And the battery keeps draining even when not in use. Please do something about it. These earphones don't come cheap. I did hear from the product rep that teething issues are still in progress. So I'm hopeful. From Singapore.

As with other customers my experience is extremely disappointing given the price of this equipment. Firstly the charging is poor. Sometimes after overnight charging one bud is 100% and the other is 7%. The devialet store gave me no support (Hong Kong ) as I didn't buy them from their store. Also although the sound quality is good it often crackles or completely disappears intermittently. I couldn't recommend these to anyone based on my experience
