Ratings and reviews

The navigation and the menu is not very user friendly. For example, to find your future reservations, you must click on "Today's Reservations". There is no explanation of the bullets and the symbols in the calendar. In my point of view the whole application needs redesign in order to make simple tasks with no effort.

*** Update: the app has been updated and i was able to download without any issues. I am currently using it to book reservations and check in/out and loving it I have an Android phone and cannot even download the app to see if it's good or not!

Basic functionality broken. When going to book a reservation or check in to a reservation made on the webpage, the app crashes. Every time. Customer support doesn't care. This will be my last year utilizing this service.
