If it's possible to rate the customer service and the app experience differently, I will. The customer service itself is five star, if not SIX. They were patient to attending to my enquiries and funding troubles, and even tho I wasn't able to solve the issue, I'll still rate them as amazing. But the app is glitchy and terrible.

Can't login to the app. I keep getting stuck at the "enter-4 digit pin" page. I enter a 4 digit pin, enter it again to confirm, and then tet a "failed to authenticate token" error every time. Please fix.
