The "V22 Living" app is a digital living service that offers residents additional convenience. The numerous feature and service functions support you in daily communication and save you valuable time:

- News / bulletin board: The news function provides you with the most important news about the residential tower. On the digital bulletin board you will find all documents that must be posted (e.g. the house rules) collected in one place.
- Room booking: This offer enables the exclusive room booking (incl. access and payment function) of the communal kitchen (1st floor) and the in-house sauna.
- Calendar / surveys: With the event calendar you can see all in-house events at a glance. You can also take part in polls and view the results using the poll function.
- Damage reports for general areas: This feature enables an uncomplicated damage report (including photo documentation) directly to the property management. In addition, you can call up the current status of damage repairs in the general areas at any time.

With the app, you are always up to date and can easily take care of all administrative and organizational tasks from your cell phone.
