Ratings and reviews

While the rewards are decent with a wide variety of games to play, the problem is their programing and customer service. More often than any other ofter wall I have experienced, rewards won't be rewarded once milestones are completed. Then customer service claims to respond "within a day." I am currently 10 days in on waiting for a response while I have messaged them everyday. I have eventually received my rewards in the past, but it takes a ton of effort to get all rewards after completing.

11/30/2025: Currently unable to log into the app. I had just created my account the day before I received the "Account Issue Detected" message. Found I needed to wait 24 hours to try logging in again, so I did. Same Error. Contacted Customer Service 3 days ago, 2 days ago someone said they would reach back out soon, then yesterday the conversation was closed. Still unable to log into the app.

Terrible app. Once I confirmed my identity, they "temporarily" locked my account from being able to spend any earnings. It has been this way for weeks. "Support" is just an AI bot that asks if your still having an issue every couple days. Don't waste your time. Update: Finally fixed the issue on 11/05/25. Updated to 3 stars since Support took so long.
