About this app

Pellegrini has created this app dedicated to all USERS of meal vouchers.

With the new DEVICE FUNCTION you can spend your vouchers directly from your mobile phone without having the card at hand. After registering, or logging in if you already have credentials, it will only be necessary to associate your card with your user by entering the 16 digits on the front of the card.
To enable the device function click on profile - enable device function. Enter your mobile number, enter the verification code received via SMS and choose a pin.
Through the app you can:
- SPEND your vouchers by generating an OTP code, to be shown directly at the cash desk
- Check the available BALANCE
- Check your MOVEMENTS
- CALCULATE easily and quickly the amount of vouchers needed for the total of your shopping
- REPORT A LOCAL you wish to have an agreement
- Find the CONVENTIONED EXERCISES near you, including those enabled for payment via the app, by selecting the option.
- BLOCK your card in case of loss or theft

I like the app, but i was deducted 42 euros in Iper supermarket using the OTP payment without reimbursement for more than 4 months now. The supermarket staff told me to write a complaint to pellegrini with receipt of payment and proof, which I did, and up till now, I haven't heard anything from Pellegrini spa. I feel robbed by them😢

Total trash! that I can't even call it an app full of bugs, instead it's literally a huge bug with a little bit of an app besides. Nothing works, some sections keep loading and loading and nothing happens and some sections do not even load. You change something in settings, you exit the app and enter again, your changes are not saved. And lot more that I can't even count.

Very useful, still, it could be improved. It would be nice to filter places where it is possible to use tickets for example, dividing restaurant from shops or allowing to select places that have gluten free options etc. Being able to open their websites or a description from the map would be great as well.
