In search of sweet and fresh pasta that interprets the spirit of the time: Cosi was born and grows Pastry Fresca Sandri; strong of a historical legacy made of wisdom and experience, but also of study and continuous experimentation. Elements put to use every day in all productions. It starts in 1966 in Vado di Monzuno with his great-grandmother Isotta and her grandmother Anna, then Germano and Monica. Four generations dedicated to the search for the sweet and the tradition of our fresh pasta where the tortellino reigns supreme
