About this app

My Hera is the new app for residential customers of the Hera Group, completely free of charge, through which you can manage all your services anywhere, anytime.

Download it now and log in with the credentials they already use for Online Services if you are a registered user, or create a new account.
Simple and easy to use, the app looks through a home page from which you can access all features:

- Pay your bills online directly and review the archive
- Make self-reading
-'ll be the progress and the details of your consumption
- View map Hera points, your supplies, and the nearest drop-off points to you
- Access the Rifiutologo and Acquologo

You also have the opportunity to keep in touch with us to receive the necessary assistance on contracts and payments, learn about new commercial offers, activate the service for collection of bulky waste, carry environmental messages and alert the emergency services in case of breakage of the water network.
It also organizes the content to your liking and choose independently what to give more evidence.

This app is not very useful, I tried several times activating direct debit and the app says everything is ok. When yhe time to pay comes, I always have a lot of problems and after 6 different bills that didn't work, the 4th person from the support I was talking with told me there is a specific module for non-italian ibans. Why the app didn't suggest it? It's a VERY easy pattern match.

The app never works on weekends and everytime you get the alert of a new invoice you can't open it because of a sistem problem Always under "maintenance" and never working

App is down for maintenance or experiences "unknown errors" so often. Given the cost of the contracts you could really invest more in a decent app and/or your background services
