Discover Julian Alps is the app to discover, explore and know the area of the Julian Alps, situated in Friuli Venezia Giulia, in northeastern Italy.
In the app you will find information about sports, leisure, nature, culture, hospitality and events, which relate in particular to the areas that are built around the bike path in the Alpe Adria Gemonese territories, the Canal del Ferro and Valcanale.
In the App you can also chat with Elmo, the dialogue owl that answers the questions, providing immediate and timely information, in an innovative and engaging. Elmo will be continuously trained to understand and to interpret the questions and demands of tourists.
The property has also a map of the Publishing House Tobacco on the specific portion of the territory concerned.

With Discover Julian Alps you can:
- View and plan routes with points of interest on the map cartographic Tobacco
- Deepening the contents of points of interest (text, images, old photographs) and, if you have access to a data connection (wifi or 3G) *, communicate in natural language with Elmo, the dialogue interface and live like a 'unique and innovative tourism experience access to historical, natural and tourist specifications.
- Know in real time events and news of the territory send messages (text and images) to highlight possible improvements in the area
- Choose surfing the Italian or German.
