Walkietooth allows to establish a full duplex communication channel between two Android devices, letting them to communicate for all the time needed, better than having two walkie talkies.

You may use it as baby monitor, or to communicate easily on motorcycle, during sport or in all the activities in which direct communication is not easy.

Very cool app, and I really like a lot of the options (especially selecting video resolution). Good for people that want to setup temporary communications, or setup communication with a dedicated device. Unfortunately not what I'm looking for. I need an app that supports persistent PTT communications, uses Bluetooth, and can run in the background.

A good app that does not require internet and cellular signal. Only problems are; >sometimes on call, the sound gets dashed... Like --- - - -- - >you need to hit the same button(mic or camera), otherwise it will not work. >using hotspot, you would think that you can connect more than 1 device, but yeah, only one device.

This is really impressive. Even over Bluetooth the audio quality is exceptional. Video calling is a pure bonus to have. Adding not only Bluetooth, but WiFi direct, via an AP or Wifi tethering on one is just pure epic. You should really add WearOS support, as sideloading this app to WearOS watches works perfectly.
