it crashes all the time. right now, I can't even log in. it says.. "oops something has gone wrong". I've deleted the app and reinstalled! doesn't help.

Half of the time it won't start (oops, etc) or does not accept fingerprint (all other apps do). Since I have a new phone, can't get Wifi to connect. And when it does start, it takes a long time for it to see that the stove is actually off. Finally : programs do not match those on the stove (in other words: while those on the app should be quite straightforward, the ones on the stove are not). Other than that all good...

Connected and worked for 2 days. Wifi does not connect anymore. Same as other review, spent 8k for the convenience of being able to ignite it via app whilst away but can't do that. Keeps coming up as no device found or stove not connected. Contacted the retailer I bought the stove off and stove manufacturer denied the fault and I was then told it could be up to 3 months before it's resolved. Absolute worst customer service. Not fit for purpose!!!!!!!!
