I bought a 3 day pass and after a ridiculously convoluted process was directed to this app. The QR code repeatedly failed to scan and I had to pay again to board the train to the airport which this was supposed to include. Completely and utterly useless. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Great for booking taxis in advance and securing capped fares. However, triple check the time if you are pre-booking from another time zone! It books according to your local time at the time of booking, not the time zone of the country of your taxi journey. E.g.: I'm booking from the UK for visiting Italy (+1hr ahead). I need to get the taxi at 3pm (assuming Italian time) but it booked it for 4pm Italian time = 3pm in the UK. I would have missed the show I had tickets for, please sort this out!

Very bad service in Napoly, my ride was confirmwd for 6.50 AM, ,no one came till 7.30 and I missed my flight. The driver I called says - no one send me the order. All this cost me 2 days more stay to the next flight, and almost 250 euro for all the tickets and 100 for cheap hotel . Will never recomend this service!!!
