The new PIAGGIO App is here!

The new Piaggio App enables you to activate the whole series of advanced multimedia functions from the MIA connectivity system.

On specific models, MIA makes your trips safer and more comfrontable thanks to a set of new functionalities:
• Handlebar controls for music and phone calls
• Voice-assistant activation by a simple push of a dedicated button
• An extended digital dashboard for your smartphone, displaying additional parameters
• Notifications for the relevant alerts regarding the bike’s maintenance
• Storage and visualization of the most significant data tracked on your last trips

You can also use the Piaggio App to get in contact with us and find our dealers and assistance centers.

IMPORTANT: for PMP3 equipped vehicles including BEVERLY 400 and 300 Euro5, MP3 EURO 5 and MEDLEY starting from My 2021 it is mandatory to use devices equipped with Android 8 or higher.

2024 BV 400 - The directions are not clear. The instructions say how to pair your phone, but not the most important part, getting the controller on the scooter to actually work. Once you pair your phone to the scooter, make sure to click on the "text message icon" that appears in the lower right corner of the app. Then the app will say connected and the controller on the scooter will work for controlling calls and music. *pair your phone to your helmet and then pair your phone to your scooter.

it was hard to get the app to pair with my mp3 400, but now I'm enjoying the functionality. very useful data about my rides

App is quite good, once you manage to connect the app, which is really very tricky. No good description even on the internet. For me the following did the trick(S23 Ultra with Medley 125 S E5): Press the menu button+ignition, once the icon is blinking search for bluetooth devices on your phone and wait until there are TWO PMP3 devices found! Click on the one with the 🎧 sign and connect to it. Afterwards connect immediately in the app. You need to do it as quick as possible.
