After Tiburtina, Libya and Malaga, the Farina Pick Your Kind brand arrives in Trastevere with Farina Kitchen, the new local capitoline - the fourth of the young Luigi Beninati - who does not betray the pop style of the successful brand and now also aims to conquer the inhabitants of one of the most fascinating areas of the capital with an offering ranging from lunch to dinner, passing through the aperitif.
The format is the same as the 'brothers' Farina Tiburtina, Farina Lab and Farina Malaga in Spain, halfway between the pizzeria and the kitchen, but the offer is extended with new exclusive proposals of the Trasteverina headquarters (70 seats in total), starting from first courses and some variations of Pagnottello. A product that, in addition to being a reference point in the Roman street food scene, is also the flagship product of the brand, whose distinguishing features are leavening (72 hours with strong, integral or special flour, such as base of vegetable charcoal), the filling with products strictly made in Italy, above all Campania and Puglia, and wood cooking at the moment.
