About this app

Earn and use points at approximately 160,000 stores nationwide! (As of the end of September 2025)

■ The "T Point App" has been renamed to the "V Point App," with all the same features!

- Your existing T Points will be transferred to V Points.

- The "Mobile T Card" displayed in the app has been renamed the "Mobile V Card."

- Present your "Mobile V Card" at stores to continue earning points as before.

- After linking your cards, you can combine "V Points" earned with cards like Sumitomo Mitsui Card and use them.

- Your V Points will continue to be used at the same rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

- Earn double V Points by presenting your "Mobile V Card" at V Point partner stores and paying with your "Sumitomo Mitsui Card."

Edit after 2 years. New app design, same old SLOW. SLOW. I have to remember to open the app 1 or 2 minutes before getting to the register or I'll get dirty looks from customers queueing behind me. I really don't understand why the bar code needs an internet connection, as I'll even have to give up on scanning if the cell coverage is weak indoors. A bit surprising from a well established brand.

Just a terrible app. You can't use it if you don't have a yahoo account. And even if you struggle to have one, once you log in, it is full of nonesene information and advertisements. Plus no English version at all. What I expected is to be able to register my point card number and use a qr code whenever I go to shopping. Please don't waste your time.

Don't need another useless internet service account (yahoo in this case). Uninstalled as soon as I realized I needed it. Seems useful, but not useful enough to bother making a yahoo account. Thanks for playing.
