About this app

Mina Trust-Electronic Power of Attorney App is an application for creating an "electronic power of attorney" stipulated by the Electronic Power of Attorney Law and applying for registration and storage.
Our company is certified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications as a business operator handling electronic power of attorney. We will properly store the electronic power of attorney for which the user has applied for registration and storage, and present the power of attorney information to inquiries from the contract system etc. corresponding to the electronic power of attorney.
When using, please prepare the PIN code (password) of the Individual Number Card, the digital certificate for user certification, and the digital certificate for signature.

* Procurement portal users can create an electronic power of attorney in advance and log in to the procurement portal with their My Number card to link the delegation (proxy right) information.

▼ Creation of electronic power of attorney (delegator record file method)
・ Corporate representatives (mandates) create powers of attorney for employees, scriveners, tax accountants, and other professionals, and sole proprietors (mandates) create powers of attorney for professionals. can. When creating, digitally sign using the digital certificate for signature of My Number Card.
* If you are a corporate representative, we will check the corporate information and prove that you are a corporate representative.
・ Employees and professionals (trustees) who have been granted proxy rights will use the My Mumber Card to verify their identity.
* If the person in charge is a professional, registering the professional number will confirm the professional qualification at our company.
-Communication between the delegate and the delegate is done using SMS from the app.

-In the handling company record file method, only the person in charge uses the application.
・ The digital certificate for user certification and the digital certificate for signature of My Number Card are saved on our server.
(As a business operator certified by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications in the public personal authentication service, we are permitted to verify and store the above certificate.)

-It is necessary to install JPKI user software issued by the Japan Agency for Local Authority Information Systems (J-LIS).
・ Limited to smartphones equipped with NFC that support My Number Card.
