This is the official app for corporate customers provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. You can use some of the functions of Web21 and the additional authentication function (one-time password app) used in Web21, etc.

■Service Contents
◇Web21
1. Transaction account inquiry (balance inquiry, deposit/withdrawal details inquiry, transfer deposit details inquiry)
・Account items that can be used are ordinary, current, notification, savings, and fixed-term.
・Report display and file download are not possible.
・The inquiry period varies depending on the Web21 contract type.
2. Transfer/Transfer
・Account items that can be used are ordinary and current.
・Please check the maximum transfer amount per transaction from Various Settings > Security Management on the Web21 PC screen.
・Transfer fees are the same as for Web21 (PC use).
・A one-time password is required when performing a transfer.
・Results cannot be checked.
◇One-time password app
・This is an app-based authentication method used by Web21 and other services.
・In addition to generating a 6-digit one-time password like the card type, it also has a function to confirm that the contents have not been tampered with before transferring funds with Web21.
■Who can use it
◇Web21
・Available to customers who have a Web21 contract.
・ValueDoorID can only use password authentication.
◇One-time password app
・Customers who have selected the "One-time password app" for additional authentication on ValueDoor (can be selected for each ValueDoorID)
*The one-time password app cannot be used with IDs that use one-time password cards or camera-equipped tokens. If you wish to use the one-time password app, please apply online or switch to the app at the store.
■Usage environment for this app
・Recommended devices are smartphones with Android 8.0 to 15.X. Tablet devices are not supported.
・If you have rooted your smartphone even once, this app may not start or work properly.
・If your smartphone's USB debugging is set to on, the app will not start. Please turn off USB debugging before using the app.
・Depending on the smartphone you use, there may be restrictions on some transactions and screen displays.
・Available environments may change without notice, so please refer to the ValueDoor website (About ValueDoor > Usage Environment) for the latest usage environment.
■How to use
・Download the Web21 smartphone app and log in with your password-authenticated user ID.
・Customers with contracts other than Web21 must log in from a computer with their management ID and grant the required permissions to their user ID.
・To set up the one-time password app, you will need to receive a separate "Two-dimensional code notification for setting up the one-time password app" by mail. Once you receive it, please set up the app.
■Notes
・The initial cost and monthly fee for this app are free. However, transfer fees and smartphone communication fees will be charged separately.
・The ValueDoorID used to log in to this app can be saved within the Web21 smartphone app (some parts will be displayed as "***"), but please manage your password carefully, such as not storing it on the same device. If you forget your password, please contact your branch.
・Please manage your smartphone, one-time password card, and camera-equipped token carefully.
・You can install this app on multiple smartphones, but you cannot log in simultaneously with one user ID.
・Even if you uninstall this app, your data will not be deleted.
