This is an app for taking surveys at events, etc.
There are two types of questionnaires: one that displays one page for each questionnaire item, and one that displays a list.
For itemized surveys, you can specify the background image yourself, so by using images of events, etc., you can create a visually impressive survey.
The completed questionnaire can be displayed as a graph on the terminal.
It is also possible to send CSV by email.

This app supports everything from normal mobile phone size to 7 inch tablet size and 10 inch tablet size.

It is also linked with the Garagara Lottery app, so you can smoothly move to the Garagara Lottery after completing the survey.

This app is a free app for trial use.
Therefore, there are limits to the number of questionnaires and items.
Also, registration is not possible in locations where there is no network connection.
The paid version does not have these limitations, so please purchase the paid version when using it.
