Some translations are poorly done. It follows your device's UI language so there's no way to see the correct Japanese terms if your phone's language isn't in English. After scanning my card and entering my PIN, the screen tries to load a page in a webview, flickers, and fails to load the page. It's unfortunate that we have to entrust our personal information to companies like these.

This is a garbage app. Why should I be forced to upgrade to the latest version of Android just to use one app?! All my other apps, including banking apps work perfectly fine. What about people with older phones who cannot upgrade, they're out of luck? And from other reviews looks like this simply a wrapper for the website not even a proper app. Quite embarrassing on the developers part.

This app refuses to work on old or unlocked devices and this is unacceptable. Major Japanese banks and financial institutions have apps and direct web applications that work nonetheless and only Myna portal locks users out if they have old device or use browser other than Chrome. Even using latest chrome by reason unknown does not let me scan card's IC and opening this app results in an endless loading screen. Other countries manage to do this right, and I wish Digital Agency would too someday.
