For guarantees applied at partner stores, you can view the warranty within the app. The app can also collectively manage content that takes time and effort to manage, such as what kind of warranty was subscribed and how long the warranty period is.

・Repair request from the app
Even if a problem occurs with the purchased product, you can easily request repairs from within the app. No more digging through warranty papers to find a contact for a repair request. You can also check the status of repair requests from the app.

・Notification before warranty expires
30 days before the warranty expires, we will automatically notify you via the app and email. Even if it's broken but you haven't requested a repair, you can still make a repair request from the app without forgetting.

・ Register the warranty card you have at home
You can register the paper warranty you manage at home in the app. Contact information for repair requests and the warranty period can be managed collectively with the app, reducing the effort required to manage the warranty.
