It is an editor that allows you to change the traced part to another blur or mosaic later, and adjust the strength.

2. Overpaint Editor
It is an editor that can perform multiple blurring and mosaic editing on one photo.

Worked for my intended use. I needed to depict movement in a picture and I did it successfully. There is a lot of room for manipulation in this app. I wanted to see more styles of blurs though.

The all is very easy to use. Can customize the mosaic and stuff. HOWEVER, I'm very disappointed that it is not the same with the app on iOS/iphone. On iphone you can edit videos but the android all does not have it
