About this app

VALUECA is a reloadable app-type Visa prepaid card.
■You can charge your V points as 1 point worth 1 yen. *1
■The charged balance can be used for shopping online or in-store using Visa touch payments or QUICPay+™ (Quick Pay Plus).

■When you pay with VALUECA, you will earn 1 V point for every 200 yen (tax included). *1
■There are various ways to charge your card, including credit cards*2 and Seven Bank ATMs.
■If you charge V Points to your VALUECA balance, you can use it at any time as a balance that will not be affected by the V Point expiration date. *3

*1 To use it, you will need to set up V Points linkage from the "V Points Usage Procedures" button on the app home screen.
*2 Only credit cards issued by APLUS are accepted.
*3 Once you charge your balance with V Points, the charged amount cannot be returned to V Points.


■It is a smartphone-complete app that can be used immediately after registration.
■App registration is free.
■It's chargeable so you don't have to use it too much and it's easy to manage.
■Usage status such as charging and payment will be immediately reflected in the app.


1. Download the app and register your user information.
2. Charge using the method of your choice from the charge menu screen.
3. Please use it for shopping online or in stores.
4. You can immediately check your usage history on your usage statement.


There are several charging methods.
■Charge from V points
■Register your credit card (only those issued by APLUS) to the app and charge it.
■Charge from Seven Bank ATM
■Charge with ``deferred payment'' using the app-contained credit card ``Smart Credit Card*1'' issued within the app.

Furthermore, you can also use the "Auto Charge*2" function, which allows you to automatically charge your account when the balance falls below a set amount.

*1 To use this service, you will need to verify your identity and undergo APLUS' prescribed screening. Also, minors cannot use it. We do not issue physical credit cards.
*2 Only the "Credit Card Charge" method that registers a credit card issued by APLUS or the "Smart Credit Card" that is issued within the app is applicable.
