I've had a really good experience with Groxery so far. I just have a couple of suggestions though. 1. Please ensure that the app reflects the availability of the products in real time. It is not exactly pleasing to have that 1 product in your order, that is out of stock (but available in app), replaced with another one that you never ordered. Your ERP system can certainly do better. 2. The App needs to implement autocomplete/ predictive search to enable a more seamless shopping experience.

The service is good but app needs improvement & there's need to add more features such as cancel order. I have had a pretty good experience so far with all products. Wish there were vegetables too. Good luck! Edit: It's been a long while now and a lot more has been introduced including veg and fruits. Good experience continues ... Again my goodluck to the whole team.

The customer service for this venture is so unresponsive, given that it is always needed. The reason being they never fulfil the orders properly, their app doesn't have important notices, changes or disruptions flashing on the home page. Also, whenever they manage to get something delivered, it has some items missing and some are completely different from what was ordered. I recently placed orders worth 4500 and 36 items in it. It is nowhere and they've got no accountability for that. Worst app
