It is the best keyboard for romanian

Cum naiba fac sa activez diacriticele ca in prima imagine? Practic sa arate tot pe prima "pagina"? Yes. I'm trying to upgrade to the new version "o" just because the old version its poor in smiley faces. I didn't found to add smiles.. So, how can I make it look like the old one, but have more smiles? Is there a forum or something for troubleshoting? Thanks.
