● Notice before use
Mobile window service is a service provided to KDB Life Insurance customers, and requires an official certificate for the initial installation.
At the time of initial installation, you can log in after exporting the certificate to your mobile through the PC screen KDB Life Insurance homepage.
After the first login, you can log in variously and conveniently by simple (PIN) number authentication and fingerprint authentication.
● App access permission guide
In accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection and the Enforcement Decree of the Act, the following information is provided for the access rights used in the mobile window app.
① Access storage space (required)
Use the necessary authority for accredited certificates / required documents, pictures, etc.
② Make a call (required)
Use the necessary permissions to connect to the call center and the architect.
③ Camera, Photo Album (Optional)
When you claim an accident, we use your permission to take documents and import image files or photos from your mobile device.
④ Location Information (Optional)
We use permissions to guide you to nearby locations based on your mobile device.
⑤ Push notification (optional)
※ You can use all the services except ③, ④, and ⑤ above, even if you do not agree to the required authority.
※ App access permission can be changed separately in user's mobile device 'Settings'.
