※ Petition Act Article 5 (Petition Matters)
A citizen may petition the petitioning agency for any of the following matters:
1. Remedy for damage
2. Request for correction or disciplinary action against illegal or unjust acts of public officials;
3. Enactment, amendment or abolition of laws, orders, ordinances, rules, etc.
4. Operation of public systems or facilities
5. Other matters belonging to the authority of the petitioning organization
