[Intelligent Elevator Safety Platform] is a mobile app provided by the Korea Elevator Safety Authority to elevator officials (management entities, safety managers, maintenance companies). When an elevator safety accident occurs, the control system transmits the accident situation to the relevant officials in real time, providing quick and accurate information. It supports safe elevator life by enabling rescue.

* What is 『Intelligent Elevator Safety Platform』?
It is an elevator safety net for public safety that is applied to all stages from monitoring, reporting, initial response, and situation propagation to emergency rescue and follow-up management to respond to various emergency situations and prevent accidents that occur in elevators. It is an elevator safety net for public safety, IoT safety devices, GIS control system, It consists of [Elevator Safety App].

[Elevator Safety] Main functions
1. Receiving and responding to location-based situational signals
We check detailed information on elevator accidents and breakdowns received through the mobile app and respond to the availability of on-site support.
2. Real-time mobile location sharing (limited to location sharing settings when assigned to an on-site dispatcher)
Real-time movement location is shared so that the movement information of field dispatchers can be checked by the control system and IoT safety devices.
3. Video call between IoT safety devices (limited to cases assigned to field dispatchers)
The video call function between the IoT safety device (reporter) installed in the elevator where an accident occurred and the mobile app allows an accurate understanding of the on-site situation.
4. Sending rescue information message
It provides a text-based message sending function for on-site dispatchers to inform the reporter (IoT safety device) of the progress, etc.
5. Receive a message informing you of illegal matters in advance
We provide advance information services to management entities and safety managers to prevent illegalities related to elevator safety management from occurring.
* Failure to conduct safety inspections and legal training, failure to appoint a safety manager, failure to sign up for liability insurance, etc.
6. Registration of rescue activity results
It is possible to register the results of rescue activities, including rescue date and time, accident details, and cause of accident.
